Welcome!

Thank you for checking out CHURCH OF THE WAY online.  I want you to know that I believe God has incredible plans for your life.  I hope you'll come check out a Sunday at CHURCH OF THE WAY.  We worship at 10 a.m. & 6 p.m. at Archer High School and would love to worship with you, your friends and family, and I'd love the chance to meet you. 

Often people feel like they’ve got to have it all figured out to come to church.  I don’t think you do.  In fact, none of us do.  We’re all just at different places on the journey.  We admit that we don’t have all the answers, but our lives have been changed by the answer we have found.  We believe a life with Jesus can transform every single one of us, no matter what stupid mistakes we’ve made in the past (and we’ve all made them).  Now, before you start thinking this all sounds a little too “churchy,” I hope you’ll take a moment to explore this unique community of faith.
 
We’re different on purpose.  I often wear blue jeans on Sundays (and, really, aren't they more comfortable!?).  We transform a school into a church on Sundays, and our Worship Experience sure doesn’t feel much like the church I grew up attending.  Nothing wrong with a conventional service, but God just called us to be different.  You might find CHURCH OF THE WAY to be different than any other church you’ve ever been to, and you’ll also find love.  Love is powerful.  We believe that God loves us so insanely that we’ll do just about anything to let people know that.  And we believe that this incredible love God has for us should make sense to us and our daily lives.  Plus, we think God’s message of love can even be found in our favorite songs, movies, books, and TV shows.  Doesn’t that make sense?  It does to us.  So, I encourage you to explore.  Listen to a recent message, check out what’s going on in our Kidz Way Ministry, and learn about our One Way Student Ministry.  Ask the hard questions.  Seek the real truth.  I did, and I found The Way.  I hope you do, too.
